It is interesting that its orbit is limited to the top Appleton layer of the Ionosphere (going to about 250 miles high) which is often called the 7th heaven. I know that the specifications say that the Space Shuttle can travel two and a have half times the height of the Space Station, but I am not sure how believable that is.
