http://MyMartyrdom.com Hello everyone, I found the quote below worth posting here. Forgive, John Alden . . ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ . Now people only know how To laugh at the ancient times; They count the stars of heaven, They see kingdoms on the moon. . Here they see forests and mountains, Steppes, rivers, every grain; and It affects them not; yet their gaze is fixed On having coffee and tobacco. . Eternally the world flies And turns day and night; The tempter acquires those Whose good deeds are very scarce. . -- From "On the Last Times" an Old Believer Spiritual Verse . ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- . No Flesh Can Leave This Earth The Space Station is as high a throne as man can get. It is interesting that its orbit is limited to the top Appleton layer of the Ionosphere (going to about 250 miles high) which is often called the 7th heaven. Proverbs 25:3 The heaven for height, and the earth for depth, and the heart of kings is unsearchable. So the Scripture says we cannot go to the moon. I know that the specifications say that the Space Shuttle can travel two and a have half times the height of the Space Station, but I am not sure how believable that is. Their foolish games do not impress me anyway. The Russian Old Believers say that nobody can go to the moon. http://www.dailymotion.com/nyet1?hmz=6f776e6572696e666f73
