Old Believer identity lost with tea use

My friends at Samstar are changing their site and I found this reference today. I am no expert with the Russian language but it basically says that Old Believers lose the Old Belief if they chew or smoke tobacco, drink tea, shave the beard, wearing the clothing of heretics such as pointed collars, etc. By immigrating to other countries Old Believers disturb orthodox practice which goes beyond externals effecting the entire canonical tradition.
